When Should You Consider Psychotherapy?

Anytime you feel overwhelmed with any issues and concerns, exhibiting prolonged sense of helplessness and overhelment and/sadness.
Or your worries are excessive and you can't seem to understand how to manage something you were once able to handle with ease. Or addiction or alcohol use has taken over your life and affecting negatively you and your loved ones.

What Are The Different Types Of Psychotherapy?

There are many types of psychotherapy and all of the approaches are extremely useful when applied correctly. Each and every approach is tailored to the client's needs to gain optimized results and positive outcomes. It is very common for therapists to explore the discussions of early experiences in life to better understand the root causes of today's problems.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

Typically we will start you with six sessions and evaluate the need for further time.  In an effective therapeutic approach, a client will start noticing the ease and change after just a few sessions. There might be a time when a client might feel emotional even in the middle of the treatment when the time comes to uncover unconscious and long lost deep rooted problems from childhood, however as they have uncovered the root cause of the problem, it becomes so much easier to understand why we make the choices we make and how to alter and change the negative behavior.

is Family Involvement Required In Therapy?

Family support and involvement is very important in the therapeutic process however if you're a victim of physical abuse/domestic abuse then partner involvement will not be considered for safety purposes of the client.
Family support is very important during the recovery from addiction process and ongoing.

How Long Is A Session?
